I just read this in the book I'm reading (Still Alice) and, of course, it reminded me of Jess:
"She remembered being six or seven and crying over the fates of the butterfiles in her yard after learning that they lived for only a few days. Her mother had comforted her told her not to be sad for butterflies, that just because their lives were short didn't mean they were tragic. Watching them flying in the warm sun among the daisies in their garden, her mother had said to her, See, they have a beautiful life."
So very true. You had a beautiful life angel girl.

Romans 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

We are also sending this to remind you to follow us on our trip at www.journeyforjess.blogspot.com. Send it on to your friends and family to help us get the word out, raise awareness and money for the epilepsy foundation and tuberous sclerosis alliance.

Goosebumps...
Janie started a mother daughter bookclub with some of the girls from Sunday School and our neighborhood. The first time we met, we made beaded bookmarks. I went to Joan Fabrics and bought a bunch of charms and beads - they were cute! Anyway, we were all standing around the table and while one of the women from our neighborhood was making her bookmark, she started to explain, to no one in particular, that the all of the charms she picked have sentimental value for her. When I heard her say "and the butterfly is for my special friend Jess", I got goosebumps all over because, I knew that she was taking about your little angel. What a sweet rememberence and a beautiful memorial! And it was remarkable because I didn't even know that Danielle knew you, it wasn't someone from church or anything! Apparently she was one of Jess's teachers.
So, I just wanted you to know that we all remember!

I was just thinking about
I was just thinking about how Jess could sit through a whole movie as long as she had popcorn. However, if you took it away...
